Return & Exchange Policy

At HandcraftedChikankari, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction and making your shopping experience as seamless and thoughtful as the craftsmanship behind our pieces. Before placing an order, we kindly request that you review our policy carefully. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

We ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and provide a prompt resolution.

As each of our creations is handmade with intricate care, we currently do not offer refunds. We hope you understand that the uniqueness and artisanal nature of every product make it difficult to process returns. However, we are happy to assist you with an exchange wherever applicable.

 

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges under the following conditions:
You have received a damaged product, the wrong size, or an incorrect item. For any claims related to missing items, an unboxing video is mandatory as proof to validate the concern.

 

How to Initiate an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please email us at handcraftedchikankari@gmail.com. Alternatively, you may use the exchange form enclosed with your parcel. Upon receiving your request, we will share the return shipping address.

Kindly note that we do not offer reverse pickup services. Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us, and the return courier charges must be borne by the sender.

Once your parcel reaches us, we will process your exchange within 3–5 working days.

Exchanges must be requested within 10 days of delivery.

 

Exchange Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for an exchange:
The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact. The item should be returned in the original outer packaging provided by us. Kindly ensure that your package includes your order number and relevant details to help us verify and process the request.

Please note that, for hygiene reasons, exchanges are not applicable on earrings and accessories.
